To list your property - simply click on the "Post" button in the header.
Contact us with an email and attach the pictures or mail the pictures to us.include a self addressed and stamped envelope if you wish the picture back.
Payment may be made on line using our secure order form or by sending a cheque or money order payable to: Kawartha Graphics, 360 George Street North, Peterborough Square, Suite 6, Peterborough, ON, K9J 7E7.
Upon receipt of the completed form, the picture and payment your listing will be entered into our database and become live within one working day.
On ALL correspondence CLEARLY mark the property you are referring to!

 









Lease a sub-domain like: cottage ~ haliburton ~ kawartha ~ lakeerie ~ lakehuron ~ lakeontario ~ lakesuperior ~ muskoka ~ niagara ~ quinte all "the name".ontariocottages.com. muskoka.ontariocottages.com is an example. You have full FTP access so you can maintain the site yourself.

24% more distinct hosts visit us per week, 27% more distinct files are being requested and 55% more requests are redirected to our banner users. The site has been running since 1997 and has consistantly seen growth and has had a 114 subtle updates. Our philosphy is simple, fair and consistant! We will not give advantage to one owner over another and we will not compormise consistancy; no refunds, most updates are chargeable & returning listings require the set-up charge. Check your other listings to determine how your property is displayed relative this site. Ask for their site stats and most will give you hits; a useless inflated number!

The facts we feel count for us and why:

1. Distinct Hosts - That's our actual visitors per week but does not include those coming to us from proxy servers.
2. Successful request for pages. How deep does the visitor go? For example 3,535 distinct hosts requesting 18,524 pages is equal to the average visitor viewing 5.2 pages. This tells us the site is being used and visitors are going all the way through.
3. Distinct files requested. This tells how many files(pages) are actually being used. Divide this into the page requests and you can see that the average page is requested at least 6.1 times per week. Using deeper statistics we know that each listings detail page is viewed on average approximately 60 times per week.
This fact is the main reason our clients are successful!
4. For those who like high numbers you can see that we receive approximately 27,411,490 hits per year (based on this weeks numbers). The actual figure is higher as we are not yet in our peak. Regardless to us anyone who sells based on the idea of hits in an other life sold snake oil remedies. 525,340 hits / 18,524 pages = 28 objects per page!
